Saxon Lord Conversion

So what's the big deal, the Saxon character comes with a cape.  Well yea they have one or two capes in the kit.  Problem is that I'm using them for other things.  So back to Fire Forge bits box.

I simply cut off the neck area on the cap and adhered the cape to the Saxon body.  Got out the Greenstuff and redid the neck area.

And WHAMMO! A simple converted lord model.
